Not only taking a jab at the network, but the TLC star also takes to Instagram to slam her own fiance for staying mum and not standing up for her and her relatives on his social media account.

AceShowbiz - "90 Day Fiance" has been accused of racism against one of its cast members. Akinyi Obala, a Kenyan woman who is currently starring on the TLC show, recently took to her Instagram account to blast the show and its editing.

The show follows Akinyi and her fiance Benjamin as they are in Kenya to meet her family. However, the editing didn't sit well with Akinyi as she felt it might be construed as racist. Not only taking a jab at the network, she also slammed her own fiance for not standing up for her and her relatives.

The meeting between Benjamin and her family had been hyped up by "90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days", claiming that Benjamin would be the first Caucasian man to ever visit her small Kenyan village. The problem rose after Akinyi felt that her brother was being portrayed as if he was aggressive towards Benjamin when it wasn't true.

"My culture is beautiful and I wish I was the one edition so that I can actually show that. We're very welcoming people but unfortunately the editing doesn't show that," she wrote on Instagram Stories. "When I watch the scenes sometimes I'm just as surprised as everyone else is."

In a separate post, she added, "They make him look like the innocent American coming to Kenya who doesn't know anything about my culture any we're treating him bad. I'm livid! I don't like how my family looks like negative people when they're nothing but the best."

"I don't have a say in what they choose to put on the show," she continued. "On that end; my hands are tied. I'm just catching feelings now."

Later, Akinyi criticized Benjamin for staying mum. "They sat together, they are together, he was warmly welcomed but I'm sure he won't say that on his social media that he was," she shaded Benjamin. "I'm waiting for Benjamin to defend my family but up to now he still hasn't said anything. He just wants to look like the innocent one."

"90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days" season 3 airs on Sundays at 8 P.M. on TLC.
