AceShowbiz - Mel B (Melanie Brown) left her fans bemused on Sunday (August 25) when she shared a video of herself showering naked with her dog Cookie.

The Spice Girls singer posted a clip of herself enjoying a shower with Cookie on her Instagram page, writing: "Showering cookie for my show tonight #brutallyhonest yippeee @leedsgrandtheatre #clean #dogs #show #ready."

Mel's mum also posted a snap of her daughter sitting on the floor of the shower with Cookie on her knee as she ensured the pooch was squeaky clean.

However, many of the 44-year-old's fans weren't sure what to make of the shower revelation, with one writing: "Who has showers with their dog?"

Another commented: "Wtf (what the f**k) showering with dog ???"

Others made a joke of Mel's admission earlier this year that she'd enjoyed a lesbian romp with bandmate Geri Horner (Geri Halliwell) during the Spice Girls' heyday, suggesting Ginger Spice should join her in the shower cubicle.

Mel hit headlines worldwide with her revelation about getting up close and personal with Geri, and touched upon it again at her "Mel B's Brutally Honest & Fabulous Show" at the Leeds Grand Theatre on Sunday night.

Asked to choose which of the Spice Girls she'd "sleep with, marry or kill", Mel answered: "I want to sleep with Baby Spice but kill Geri" - leading to a chorus of gasps from the audience.
