AceShowbiz - Is Kim Zolciak-Biermann attempting to change her ethnicity with her appearance? The reality TV star sparks a speculation that she's trying to look like a black woman with excessive tanning and multiple surgeries.

The 41-year-old Caucasian, who has had multiple tummy tucks, implants and liposuctions, recently underwent another procedure to increase the size of her lips and the result is pretty dramatic. The mother of six, who used to have fair and pale complexion, is allegedly also taking tanning pills while sitting out in the sun and sunbathing to darken her skin.

People have since taken to Twitter to poke fun at Kim's changing appearance. One quoted the Bravo star's remark during her days on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta". She claimed at the time, "I am a black woman trapped in a white womans body."

One responded to Kim's old statement, "Me too. But the male version. And I'm joking because I'm not f**king delusional." Another quipped, "Rachel [Dolezal], you have company!" referencing to the controversial former NAACP chapter president who infamously claimed to be a black woman despite being of European ancestry.

Some others were simply not impressed by her "unnatural" body after multiple plastic surgeries. "There's More plastic between @Kimzolciak @BrielleZolciak and @arianazolciak then in those tacky ass solo cups those lushes drink their wine from!!" one tweeted, dragging Kim's daughters Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann as well.

"How are we not talking about how @Kimzolciak lips look like she's having an allergic reaction to something?" someone specifically commented on Kim's plumper lips. Someone else commented on Kim's recent bikini picture, "You whole nothing natural lie."
