The 'I Should Have Cheated' hitmaker shares her excitement about the arrival of her second child, her first together with Niko, by sharing a photo of her first son holding the newborn baby.

AceShowbiz - Keyshia Cole and Niko Khale's son is here. The R&B singer announced she and her boyfriend welcomed their first child together on Thursday, August 1, hours after she checked into the hospital and went into labor.
The "I Changed My Mind" singer took to Instagram Stories to share the good news to her fans and followers. She shared a picture of her first son Daniel Hiram Gibson, Jr. (DJ) holding his little brother, who was wrapped in a blanket. "Big brother vibes," she captioned it, adding some heart images. The baby's face, however, is not revealed yet.
Keyshia also shared her excitement about the baby's arrival by posting a video of her hospital room, which is decorated with some blue ornaments. She's heard saying, "baby boy," while the clip captured people talking and walking around the room, possibly to congratulate her on her newborn son.
Just hours earlier, Keyshia's boyfriend Niko posted on his own Instagram page a picture of the 37-year-old star going into labor. "IT'S TIME!!!" he captioned the photo which showed his girlfriend lying in hospital bed. She flashed a grin, seemingly feeling the pain of labor contractions, while holding tight the hand of Niko, who stood by her side. He didn't seem to be nervous as he smiled while looking at Keyshia.
The couple has not revealed details of their newborn son, including his name and measurements. While the baby is the first for Niko, Keyshia has 9-year-old son DJ from her relationship with then-fiance and former NBA player Daniel Gibson. The then-couple got married in May 2011, but split in March 2014 and filed for divorce in 2017.
Keyshia began dating Niko in 2018. In May of this year, she announced that she's expecting her child, a baby boy, with her boyfriend. She had her baby shower last Saturday, July 27.
