Izaak Theo gets candid about the 'emotionally exhausting, physically exhausting' process to be 'who I am' in an Instagram post, which features his pictures in the hospital.

AceShowbiz - Sade's transgender son Izaak Theo is now completely a male. The 23-year-old, who was born Mickailia Adu, recently underwent gender reassignment surgery to complete his transition to a man after coming out as transgender in 2016.
Izaak took to his Instagram page to share his pictures in the hospital and open up about the "painful" process. "This process is trying, tiring, painful, emotionally exhausting, physically exhausting, uncomfortable (like I can't sleep like a normal human being rn lol)," he admitted in the caption.
Managing to find the bright side of his tough journey, Izaak went on sharing, "I often ask myself 'why the f**k do I have to endure this to be who I am' but at the end of the day this is the path that was laid out for me and I'll walk it to the end. My dad always says 'keep your eyes on the horizon' and that's what I do, because through all this pain is the comfort that it's not forever and I have the rest of my life ahead of me and I am so, SO DAMN EXCITED, I just have to remind myself to be patient sometimes as I'm sure we all do."
He went on thanking his parents and closed ones for their support, writing, "Big up to my Mumma, Pappa, family and friends for all the support you give me on the daily, it'll never be forgotten."
Izaak came out as transgender on National Coming Out Day in 2016. He posted on his Instagram account, "Today is the first day of the rest of my life." In August 2017, he underwent breast removal surgery.
Izaak, previously called Ila, had been known as a lesbian before opening up about his transition process. Sources said at the time that he suffered from gender dysphoria, a condition causing one to feel strongly that they are not the gender they physically appear to be.
