British rock veteran The Zombies has so far been the only act to confirm their appearance after Michael Lang and his partners move the music festival from New York to Maryland.

AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus has become the latest act to pull out of the Woodstock 50 festival.

The pop star joins headliners Jay-Z and Dead & Company, John Fogerty, Country Joe McDonald, and John Sebastian, who have all cancelled plans to perform at the show in Maryland next month, following a series of permit and financial setbacks for organiser Michael Lang and his partners.

The Lumineers, The Raconteurs, and Santana have also announced they will no longer be playing at the Woodstock 50th anniversary gig following the news it would no longer be held in upstate New York.

Despite the cancellations, the festival is reportedly moving forward with a single-day event set for Merriweather Post Pavilion near Baltimore.

British rock veterans The Zombies are the only act who have confirmed they’ll still be performing.
