Already facing a felony count of indecent assault and battery relating to the 2016 incident, the former 'House of Cards' star is now accused of causing 'severe and permanent mental distress.'

AceShowbiz - Kevin Spacey's alleged groping victim is stepping up his legal fight by filing a civil suit against the actor.

"The Usual Suspects" star is already facing a felony count of indecent assault and battery relating to an alleged incident involving the then-18-year-old son of former Massachusetts news anchor Heather Unruh in a bar in Nantucket in July 2016.

The male, whose name has not been released, claims Spacey got him drunk and repeatedly grabbed his genitals after he had completed a shift at the bar.

Spacey has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charge, but will now have to defend himself in civil court, as the alleged victim is suing for the "severe and permanent mental distress and emotional injuries" he endured following the reported encounter.

The man is seeking unspecified damages.

The 59-year-old actor's lawyers have yet to respond to the lawsuit.

It's not the only civil action Spacey is fighting - another unidentified male also sued him last year (18), accusing the disgraced actor of misconduct during a massage session at a private residence in Malibu, California in 2016. He alleged the star tried to kiss him and forced him to touch his genitals - accusations Spacey has vehemently denied.

His representatives are seeking to have the case dismissed.
