AceShowbiz - Rapper Soulja Boy will not be charged with kidnapping a woman after prosecutors rejected the case.
The hitmaker was accused of abducting the unnamed female and tying her to a chair in his garage.
Police raided the rap star's home shortly after the woman reported the alleged incident to the authorities, but they found nothing to prove her allegations.
They did, however, seize ammunition at the property, which is a violation of the "Crank That" hitmaker's probation for a weapons case dating back to 2014 and led to his arrest and a jail spell he is currently serving.
But he won't have to face kidnapping charges - a spokesman for the Ventura County District Attorney tells TMZ they have declined to file charges due to insufficient evidence.
