A woman in China is hospitalized after she sobbed uncontrollably while watching the hit Marvel movie and couldn't stop crying after leaving the theater.

AceShowbiz - Those who haven't got the chance to watch "Avengers: Endgame" may want to brace their hearts to not end up like this woman. A fan in China was hospitalized after sobbing uncontrollably while watching the movie.

According to Chinanews.com (via MFMY News), the unnamed woman got so emotional and started feeling short of breath, with her hands and feet numb during a showing of the Marvel film. She made it through the screening, but couldn't stop crying after leaving the theater.

The 21-year-old woman went to the emergency room at a nearby hospital where doctors gave her oxygen to regulate her breathing. Once she was relaxed, her symptoms abated and she eventually recovered. Doctors believed she was suffering the symptoms due to hyperventilation.

Meanwhile, a fan in Hong Kong was almost sent to the hospital for a different reason. It was previously reported that a man was attacked by fellow moviegoers for leaking spoilers after watching "Endgame" at a theater in Causeway Bay.

According to AsiaOne, the unidentified man spoke loudly about the movie at the entrance, upsetting other cinemagoers who were waiting for their turn to watch the film outside the theater. Some people allegedly beat up the man to teach him a lesson.

A picture of the aftermath of the alleged incident has been circulating online, showing a man wearing a white T-shirt who received a treatment possibly for his wounds from another man wearing a red T-shirt. While there have been questions as to whether the event really happened, some people have claimed that they indeed heard someone revealing spoilers at the cinema entrance and witnessed the attack.

"Avengers: Endgame" was released in China on Saturday, breaking record in the country and other international markets. It already crossed a $1 billion mark globally within only five days since its opening.
