AceShowbiz - Even though Porsha Williams is currently enjoying her motherhood to the fullest, there are things that she has been struggling about, such as not being able to breastfeed her daughter Pilar Jhena. "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star opened up about the matter during a recent interview with HollywoodLife.com.

Revealing the reason behind the decision, Porsha stressed that she couldn't do anything about it despite already trying it out. "It didn't work out for me," she confessed. "I really did try, but I just wasn't producing enough milk so it just didn't work out for me." The Bravo personality additionally stated that both she and fiance Dennis McKinley couldn't get enough sleep due to Pilar, but they didn't complain about it. Instead, they enjoyed every moment to the fullest.

"We don't get any sleep but we love it! We're delirious but it's great! I wouldn't trade it for the world," she continued, before admitting that being mother had changed her as a person. Quoting the thing that Dennis always told her, Porsha noted, "He's like, the patience that you have now is incredible. You have to be so patient to be a mom. You are on that baby's schedule and everything takes time, love and patience so I feel like overall in all of our relationship, I've probably become more patient."

Porsha went on giving more details about the couple's life as parents, saying that they would take turn to change Pilar's diapers. "He definitely wanted to do his shift and all of that but you know me, I'm up too," she said. "That's the things about a new mom. There literally isn't any sleep for the mom! He is so hands on, he helps with everything."

Porsha and Dennis welcomed Pilar on Friday, March 22. The little one is the engaged couple's first child together.
