AceShowbiz - Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" may feature a new face when it returns for a new season. According to new reports, Tamar Braxton is currently in talks with the executives at the network to join the top rated reality show.

MTO News claims that the winner of "Celebrity Big Brother" season 2 has yet to close the deal with the network. However, it is said that the all the sign seemingly is going to direction of her joining the Atlanta-based reality show.

A source reveals that "Bravo really wants [Tamar], they're offering her a lot of money to come on the [Atlanta] housewives." The honchos at the network allegedly "love" Tamar as well as the idea of her joining the show, hoping to get the deal closed as soon as possible. Additionally, Tamar recently had a sort of audition for her new role.

The source further adds that the negotiation arrives as her contract with WE tv is ending. "Tamar is done with her WeTV contract after this season [of 'Braxton Family Values']," says the insider.

Alongside her sisters, Tamar has filmed seven seasons of "Braxton Family Values". She also has a spin-off show titled "Vince & Tamar" with ex-husband Vincent Herbert which ran for 5 seasons.

Should Tamar join "RHOA", it will be interesting as Tamar and "RHOA" cast member Kandi Burruss, who also starred in season 2 of "CBB", had a history. The two were seen confronting each other throughout the season of the CBS show.

In one episode, Tamar explained to Kandi the reason she hated her because Kandi "made comments of things that you didn't know about and shouldn't have gotten in between of. Especially when you didn't know my side." She then accused Kandi of interjecting herself in her personal situation "by talking crazy about me."

Tamar went on explaining why she thought Kandi was being disrespectful during the tour, but the latter found it funny because she felt what Tamar said was "hilarious." That made Tamar leave the room infuriated, saying that she couldn't handle the laughing.
