Two years after her husband died of suicide, the 'Hairspray Live!' actress confirms that she has been romantically involved with One Golden Thread clothing brand founder Jeff Scult.

AceShowbiz - "Hairspray" star Ricki Lake has found love again two years after the suicide of her husband, Christian Evans.
The actress and TV personality is enjoying a career and personal life rebirth after the tragedy on 11 February, 2017, and she can't believe she found true love twice.
Lake, who turned 50 in September (18), has been dating One Golden Thread clothing brand founder Jeff Scult for over three months, and insists he's another soulmate.
"I found love again," Ricki said on Wednesday, February 06, at the Television Critics Association's Winter Press Tour. "I just recently found a brilliant new love."
"He's 53, so healthy age appropriate. He's making me really happy. We've been together for three and a half months, so it's new."
Lake, whose ex took his own life shortly before the couple's five-year wedding anniversary, insists life is on the up again, and she's looking forward to launching her new marijuana documentary, "Weed the People", on Netflix next year (April 2020).
"It's about cannabis and children with cancer," she tells WENN. "It's pretty provocative material that everyone should know about. When you focus on kids who are sick and dying you take away the stigma. It's not about getting high, it's about medicine. We followed these children for five and a half years and the results were pretty remarkable. This plant helps to not only alleviate symptoms from chemotherapy and lots of things from the cancer, but also shrinks tumors. This plant needs to be available to anyone who needs it and however they need it."
