AceShowbiz - Things get nastier between "Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley. Just yesterday, the pair were reportedly to be splitting after a huge altercation on New Year's Eve. The fight apparently was so big that Ronnie files a battery report against his on-and-off girlfriend.

The 33-year-old reality TV star filed the report in Las Vegas on Thursday, January 3, according to Us Weekly. Jen reportedly threw a glass ashtray at him during the scaffle. It was said that the former couple, who shares 9-month-old daughter Ariana together, got into an argument over an ongoing issue at the Hustler Club in Las Vegas around 2 A.M. on Tuesday.

A source tells Us that due to the fight, Ronnie may break his nose and get his top lip cut in half. TMZ adds that the injuries were still visible when he went to the police station and the cops decided to take additional pics of the injuries.

The site further states that when Jen "got home, she found someone had ransacked the place, smashing a flat-screen TV and a vase. They also destroyed pictures and glass frames." That led her to call the cops and accused her ex as the culprit, making the latter be named a person of interest.

Previously, another source claimed that "Ronnie and Jen got into a fight on New Year's Eve. They broke up before New Year's Eve, got back together right before then and got in a big fight on Monday night." The source added that the pair are "currently broken up."

Them fighting was not a new thing since "they fight -- a lot." The source continued saying of the Ronnie and Jen, "They have a very volatile relationship. It's either great or the total opposite."
