To help raise funds for a renovation project, the wife of the 'Rampage' actor, Hilarie Burton, invites people to tell stories about what happened in their attic.

AceShowbiz - Hilarie Burton and Jeffrey Dean Morgan are putting together a book of spooky stories from their home in Hudson Valley, New York.

The stars, who annually stage a Ghost Stories fundraiser, are collecting local tales about hauntings and spectres for a new project, which will help raise funds for a renovation project the couple is backing at Astor Services for Children & Families in Rhinebeck.

"I want to hear about what happened in your attic," Burton, a member of the Astor Children's Foundation Board of Directors said at a press event last week (ends December 14). "Bump in the night stories, that's what I want to hear."

Storytellers who would like their tales considered for the book have been invited to send Burton and Morgan an email description of their tale to [email protected].

Meanwhile, Burton and Morgan are planning to stage the latest edition of the annual storytelling event in Kingston on February 9, 2019. Burton plans to team up with actress pal Mary Stuart Masterson on one story.
