AceShowbiz - Amal Clooney literally had her hands full with her children when she stepped out in New York City on Thursday, December 6. The human rights lawyer carried her 1-year-old twins all by herself while leaving the Four Seasons Hotel.

The 40-year-old looked stylish in a long-sleeve shirt, a leopard-print vest, a black beret, leather pants and towering platform heels. She helped carry her daughter Ella's teddy bear as the little girl carried a small brown bag.

Ella bundled up in a denim jacket and a white shawl, while also wearing a fluffy white beanie. Her brother Alexander, meanwhile, wore a black jacket and jeans while clutching his own teddy bear. Both tots also wore Adidas sneakers.

Her rare outing with her twins comes a day after Amal and her husband George Clooney attended the United Nations Correspondents Association Awards at Cipriani 42nd Street. Delivering a speech at the Wednesday event, she blasted President Donald Trump for encouraging global hostility against journalists that has escalated to murder.

Noting that reporters worldwide are "under attack," she said, "The U.S. president has given such regimes a green light and labeled the press in this country the enemy of the people." She cited a recent brutality on a journalist, saying, "And of course two months ago a Washington Post journalist, Jamal Khashoggi, walked into a consulate in Istanbul and was brutally tortured to death."

Amal looked gorgeous that night, showing some skin in a flowing navy and white color-blocked gown from desiger J. Mendel. Her long black hair was styled in loose waves and swept to the side. She was honored as the 2018 Global Citizen of the Year at the event. Her husband George, meanwhile, looked dapper in a sleek black suit.
