AceShowbiz - The Weeknd has cancelled a forthcoming concert in the Philippines due to "production requirement issues".
The R&B superstar was due to perform at the Mall of Asia Arena in capital city Manila on 7 December, but the gig will now not be taking place.
A statement posted on the venue's Twitter account reads: "Due to production requirement issues, we regret to announce that The Weeknd Live in Manila concert has now been cancelled."
Refunds are being offered to disappointed fans.

The "Starboy" hitmaker, real name Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, performs at the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix in the United Arab Emirates on Friday, November 23, before embarking on an Asian tour that will now take in seven countries, including China, Japan and South Korea.
