In support of Stella McCartney's annual Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, the 'Modern Family' star encourages women to love and celebrate their breasts.

AceShowbiz - Actress Sofia Vergara is showing off her assets in Stella McCartney lingerie to raise breast cancer awareness.

The "Modern Family" star, who is known for her curvaceous figure, is lending her support to the fashion designer's annual campaign, urging her fellow females to pay close attention to changes in their bodies and to undergo regular health checks.

Sofia, 46, poses in a limited edition pink lace bra and brief set for the new ads, and she shared the first snap from the two-part campaign on Instagram on Monday, September 24.

"I am proud to support @StellaMcCartney's annual #BreastCancerAwareness campaign wearing the 'Rose Romancing' lingerie set to remind and encourage everyone to get checked and as a woman, to love and celebrate our breasts," she captioned the image.

The Rose Romancing items go on sale on October 1, with proceeds split between three cancer screening facilities across the U.S. and U.K, including the Linda McCartney Centre in Liverpool, England, which offers some of the most advanced and innovative breast cancer treatments available. The building was named in honour of Stella's photographer mother, who died from the disease in 1998 at the age of 56.

The Colombian actress, who successfully fought thyroid cancer when she was 28, has been outspoken about the need for regular breast screenings and last year (17), documented her mammogram on social media to show fans the procedure was nothing to be afraid about.

Vergara follows in the footsteps of singer Alicia Keys, who was tapped to front the 2017 Stella McCartney Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. The cause is also one close to the "Empire State of Mind" hitmaker's heart as her mother, Teresa Augello, previously overcame a battle with the disease.
