The operator asked questions about symptoms of a heart attack to the caller, who tended to the 'Boogie Nights' actor when he had a health emergency in his Florida mansion before he was rushed to a hospital.

AceShowbiz - Burt Reynolds 911 call has been released, revealing that the actor was still alive inside his Florida mansion when the call was made just after noon on Thursday, September 6. In a tape obtained by TMZ, a male caller described the "Smokey and the Bandit" star's condition to the operator while ambulance was on the way to his house.
The caller said to the operator he was tending to a "82-year-old male experiencing difficulty breathing and chest pains." The man added that Burt was still breathing but wasn't answering questions or able to talk. The caller also said that his breathing was not normal and he was suffering from cold sweats.
As the operator continued to ask questions about symptoms of a heart attack, the caller said that Burt "had a bypass operation a few years ago." The man also said that the actor took regular heart medications. His skin wasn't yet changing color during the call.
After paramedics arrived, he was rushed to Jupiter Medical where he was pronounced dead. His niece, Nancy Lee Hess, said in a statement after Burt's passing, "My uncle was not just a movie icon; he was a generous, passionate and sensitive man who was dedicated to his family, friends, fans and acting students. He has had health issues, however, this was totally unexpected. He was tough. Anyone who breaks their tailbone on a river and finishes the movie is tough."
His rep tells TMZ Burt had appeared extremely frail recently, and was in and out of the hospital since undergoing a major heart surgery in February 2010. He was set to star in Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", but hadn't filmed his scenes yet. He was supposed to play rancher George Spahn in the movie. It remains to be seen how the movie's crew will handle the legendary actor's sudden death.
Burt's longtime manager Erik Kritzer said the actor "was completely fulfilled" following his critically-acclaimed performance in 2017's "The Last Movie Star". Kritzer added, "I know he passed away happy with how his career ended, but he also was excited to go work with Quentin and about what else lied ahead."
Burt had filmed "Defining Moments" which has not been released.
