After the female emcee claims that Safaree Samuels uses the same hair plug treatment as the rapper, he promotes his doctor.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Tyga is owning up to undergoing treatment for hair loss by promoting his doctor online after he was dragged into a Twitter dispute between Nicki Minaj and her ex.

The Rack City hitmaker, 28, found himself mentioned in Nicki's online rant on Tuesday, August 14, when she slammed her former boyfriend Safaree Samuels for allegedly making up claims that she once stabbed him with a knife, and accused him of stealing money from her.

She also revealed she had paid $10,000 (£7,900) for Safaree to undergo failed treatment to restore his receding hairline, and claimed he used the same specialist as Tyga - the ex-fiance of her good friend Blac Chyna.

"I should've never paid for that gyatDamn (sic) hairline!!!!" she fumed. "It fell back out cuz God don't like ugly...!!!! Tyga s**t ain't fall back out!!!! Y'all went to the same doctor!!! Yours fell out cuz GOD DONT LIKE UGLY (sic)!!!!!!"

Safaree responded by insisting that although they both underwent treatment on the same day, it wasn't from the same doctor, and instead of trying to dismiss the claims, Tyga decided to embrace the cosmetic enhancement, and gave his medic, Dr. Craig Ziering, a shout out on Twitter.

"The (plug)," he captioned an advertisement for Ziering. "Tellem Tyga sent u (sic)".

Dr. Ziering has since been inundated with inquiries from potential clients, telling The Blast his phone "has been ringing off the hook" ever since the unexpected Twitter promotion.

However, he stopped short of confirming he had treated Tyga, because he prides himself on "keeping all clients confidential, especially in Hollywood".
