Judy Haim denies she ever threatened the 'Stand by Me' actor over his attempts to expose child abuse, saying, 'he is just lying for attention.'

AceShowbiz - The late Corey Haim's mother is denying accusations she threatened her son's old pal and co-star Corey Feldman over his attempts to expose child abuse in Hollywood.

Earlier this week, ends August 03, Feldman accused Judy Haim of spearheading a group working to silence the former child actor from speaking out on the issue.

On Wednesday, August 01, Haim defended herself in a statement to The Blast, claiming she has not harassed Feldman, as he has suggested.

"For years he has been saying he wants to out Corey’s abuser when my son already did that on their show," she said. "Nothing is stopping Corey, he is just lying for attention. I have never once stopped Corey Feldman from doing anything."

Judy is also challenging the actor to "do it already, out him", adding, "We're all waiting. My son already did it so nobody is stopping him."

Feldman went as far as to file a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department and obtained restraining orders against a team of online users, known as the Wolfpack, who he claims have harassed him via the web. He maintains Judy is a member of the group.

Police officers began their investigation after the 47 year old reported a series of tweets, in which users threatened to harm him - one hoped he would be "gang-raped in prison".

The Lost Boys star has alleged he is being targeted because of his efforts to expose paedophiles in Hollywood, who he claims sexually abused him and others, like his late friend Corey Haim, when they were young.

He alleges his tormentors are also behind an assault earlier this year, when Feldman was hospitalised after allegedly being stabbed with a syringe while caught up in traffic in Los Angeles.

But Haim insists the Wolfpack is merely a group of fans led by a YouTuber named Bobby Wolfe.

"My son's fans decided to call themselves the Wolfpack because of Bobby's last name," she said. "They aren't a gang targeting him like he told police."
