The 'Dawson's Creek' alum and the 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' star are spotted arriving at TAO restaurant in Midtown for dinner together.

AceShowbiz - Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are still together and remain strong despite recent split rumors. The pair, who have never confirmed their relationship, were spotted stepping out for dinner together in New York City on Monday, July 16.
The couple was arriving together in a black SUV and was joined by a bodyguard. Acting like a real gentleman, the 50-year-old actor walked around the car and gave his woman a hand and helped her get off the car.
Their outing comes two weeks after Katie's representative denied their split rumors. The rep told editors at People magazine that claims made by online gossip site Radar Online suggesting the couple had parted ways were "100 per cent untrue."
It marks the first time the "Logan Lucky" star addressed their relationship, which has been the source of speculation for over five years amid a number of romantic sightings but no official confirmation. They first sparked dating rumors when they were spotted dancing with one another at an event in The Hamptons in 2013.
The pair kept denying romance rumors between them despite many sightings, but they were captured walking hand-in-hand on a Malibu beach in September 2017 which confirmed the speculations. They were also pictured sitting next to each other at the Pre-Grammy Awards Gala in New York, playing basketball together on Valentine's Day in Los Angeles and dining out at Nobu restaurant in New York in April.
They were recently hit with split rumors as a source said they couldn't agree on how they would handle their relationship in the public eye. The "Dawson's Creek" alum was ready to make their relationship public, while Jamie "still seems reluctant to show the world how much he cares about her, or even acknowledge that they're an item," the source said in March.
Katie was previously married to Tom Cruise from 2006 until their divorce in 2012. They share a daughter, 12-year-old Suri Cruise, together. As for Jamie, he has two daughters, Corinne (born 1994) and Annalise (born 2009).
