Ishaq R. Muhammad is taking the rapper to a small claims court and wants $9,999 for theft of his intellectual property.

AceShowbiz - Rick Ross is reportedly being sued by Young Muhammad for ripping off the Maybach Music slogan.
In September 2017, TMZ reported that Muhammad, real name Ishaq R. Muhammad, had threatened Ross with legal action over the phrase, which Muhammad says was inspired by his track "Caprice Music", a song Ross featured on.
In new legal documents obtained by the gossip site, TMZ reports that Muhammad is taking the Hustlin' rapper, who founded Maybach Music Group in 2009, to a small claims court, and wants $9,999 (£7,500) for theft of his intellectual property.
He's also allegedly suing Roc Nation for endorsing Maybach Music.
