AceShowbiz - Fergie a.k.a. Stacy Ferguson has her own plan to celebrate the Fourth of July, and she won't let anything or anyone ruin it. According to HollywoodLife.com, Fergie, who split from Josh Duhamel last year, "is spending the 4th with the number one guy in her life, her son [with Josh] Axl, and there's no one she'd rather be with."

The singer reportedly "has accepted that her marriage with Josh is over. She's not bitter or clinging on." A source close to the "Glamorous" hitmaker adds, "She isn't in a place where she wants to have his dating life pushing in her face."

However, it may not be easy for Fergie since Josh and his rumored new lady Eiza Gonzalez have been flaunting PDA during their romantic vacay in Mexico. One photo from the getaway even showed the "Baby Driver" actress giving a peck on the "Love, Simon" star's lips on the boat as they took a trip on the Muyil Lagoon. "Of course, it didn't feel great seeing pictures of Josh making out with Eiza. But, Fergie is way too strong to let that get to her and it certainly won't ruin her 4th of July," continues the insider.

Fergie is "going to relish her independence and enjoy the day with her favorite human, her son," according to the source.

Fergie appears to be having the upper hand as Tonya Reiman, author of "The Power of Body Language", suggests that Eiza "seems to be more invested than he [Josh] is in this particular relationship." Tonya adds, “This could be simply due to the fact that he is not very fond of PDA, however, when looking over pictures of him with Fergie, there seemed to be much more touching, playfulness, and affection involved."

Meanwhile, Fergie was spotted running errands in Los Angeles on Monday, July 2. The 43-year-old singer, who serves as a host on "The Four", rocked a black leather jacket, matching sunglasses and leggings during the outing with a friend.
