Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz sued the Canadian singer back in 2015, claiming he terrorised their family with parties.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber's former neighbour is asking a judge to issue a warrant for the pop star's arrest after he reportedly skipped a deposition.

Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz sued the Baby hitmaker in 2015, claiming he terrorised their family with parties and aggressive driving around their Calabasas, California neighbourhood.

They were also at the centre of an egg-throwing vandalism drama that to led to Bieber having to pay the couple $80,000 (£61,100) for the damage he caused to their home. He completed probation in a misdemeanour vandalism case filed over the incident, but a civil case is ongoing.

According to TMZ, Bieber was scheduled to be deposed on 22 June, but he allegedly skipped the hearing and was spotted hanging out with his girlfriend, Hailey Baldwin, in New York.

Jeffrey is now asking a judge to issue an arrest warrant and fine Bieber $1,000 (£760) for each day he doesn't sit for the deposition. Schwartz is also accusing the 24-year-old of engaging in "obfuscation and delay tactics" and claims he has missed five depositions in two years.
