AceShowbiz - The death of former child star Jon Paul Steuer has been ruled a suicide.
The actor and musician, who found fame on TV series Star Trek: The Next Generation, died in Portland, Oregon on New Year's Day (January 01), aged 33.
A cause of death was not released at the time, but Portland Police officials have since confirmed to TheBlast.com, "Steuer died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound."
Steuer was also known for roles in 1990s sitcom Grace Under Fire and in 1994 sports film Little Giants, but quit his screen career at just 12-years-old, and became a rocker, playing with glam punk band Kill City Thrillers, later known as Soda Pop Kids, and rockers P.R.O.B.L.E.M.S., which he joined a year before his passing.
