AceShowbiz - Snoop Dogg has achieved the record for the largest gin and juice cocktail ever created.
The hip-hop star, real name Calvin Broadus, Jr., took to the stage at the 2018 BottleRock Napa Valley music festival on Saturday, May 26, where he and his crew set about creating a huge concoction in honour of his 1994 hit song "Gin and Juice".
Snoop, assisted by a team including rapper Warren G and Top Chef winner Michael Voltaggio, poured the beverages into an enormous glass vessel placed on the stage, with an official from the Guinness World Records organisation on hand to assess the attempt.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, Snoop confirmed that he had landed the record by sharing a photograph of him holding a Guinness certificate.
"The largest paradise cocktail was created by Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Michael Voltaggio, Kim Kaechele and Kendall Coleman (All USA) in Napa, California, USA on 26 May 2018," the award proclaims.
Traditionally, a paradise cocktail is made with gin, apricot brandy and orange juice with a dash of lemon.
According to The Mercury News, Snoop's record-breaking cocktail contained over 550 litres of liquid, including 180 bottles of Hendricks gin, even though the star's original song lyrics mention the Seagram's gin brand.
The drink was topped off with a very large straw and decorative cocktail umbrella.
In another snap posted on social media, Snoop, 46, simply wrote: "In my @djkhaled voice another 1."
In 2017, Snoop was announced as a brand ambassador for gin brand Tanqueray No. Ten.
At the time, the rapper was asked if he would consider changing the lyrics of "Gin and Juice", and he replied to an LA Weekly reporter: "I ain't really came up with no new lyrics yet for the Tanqueray Ten."
Gin and Juice was Snoop's second single on his debut album "Doggystyle", and was nominated for the 1995 Grammy Award for Best Rap Solo Performance.
