The property was previously put up for sale after the 'Purple Rain' singer's death in 2016.

AceShowbiz - Prince's luxury retreat in Turks and Caicos is set to hit the auction block this summer. The six bedroom pad, which sits on five acres on the island of Providenciales and comes with two private beaches, a personal dock, and a purple driveway, is up for grabs to anyone willing to pay the $100,000 deposit required for interested bidders.

"The value is ultimately determined by the market... but we anticipate significant interest and multiple bidders," Todd Wohl, founder of Premiere Estates Auction Company, states.

The property was put up for sale after the "Purple Rain" singer's death in 2016 but no one was interested in the $12 million price tag.

The late star bought the estate in 2010.
