AceShowbiz - Despite sharing a heartwarming family picture yesterday, the Kardashian-West family is apparently facing difficulties. According to multiple sources, Kanye West has cut off contact with many members of his inner circle and has had multiple arguments with mother-in-law Kris Jenner.

"He's had huge blow-ups with Kris. She sees how erratic he's acting and is most concerned about her daughter's brand. She's also trying to be a good mother-in-law, so he's having explosive issues with her too," a source familiar with the issue tells PEOPLE. "Everyone is really, really worried."

A friend of Kanye tells the site that the rapper is so excited about his latest projects that he forgets to respect other people's boundaries.

"I don't know if I've ever seen him like this," so the friend shares. "He's all over the place. Excited. Loud. He's sleeping very little, texting at all hours of the day or night. Coming up with ideas, sending them to people and instructing everyone to drop everything and collaborate. He truly feels like it's the most exciting stuff in the world."

Kim Kardashian allegedly tries to control him and the situation to no avail. "She's trying her best to support him on social media and show a different side of things, but it's just not working," another source notes. "He genuinely believe he's God and genius and that he can do everything on his own. He has a great love for Kim, but in his mind he doesn't think Kim is a genius, and he's telling her he knows what he's doing."

However, not everyone thinks that his behavior is concerning. In fact, another friend of him reveals that Kanye "has always been like that." The so-called friend adds, "I've seen that a million times. I've seen him fall asleep sitting up, just from pushing himself, not sleeping properly. That's part of being Kanye."
