AceShowbiz - Get ready, girls. Zayn Malik will be coming back with new music. The British singer was pulling a Taylor Swift when he deleted all posts on his Instagram account before uploading just one single post, which appeared to be a teaser for a music video.
The 15-second clip starts off with Zayn looking out across a gorgeous beach landscape, before words such as "power," "greed" and "vengeance" flash on the screen. The scene then changes to show a nightclub brawl which ensues after a business deal goes awry. Zayn is later seen hooking up with several random girls as he finds himself caught in the turmoil.
It remains to be seen what the title of his new song is, but the singer suggested that the music video would be released on April 12.
Following the release of the teaser, fans have been flooding the post with gushing comments, with many saying that they have waited too long for his new music. "Bout damn time don't ya think," one fan writes, while another says, "waiting for your album desperately."
The teaser came after Zayn was spotted filming a music video in Miami, Florida while sporting bleached blonde locks and beard. The former One Direction member was pictured teaming a light brown double-breasted Dior blazer with a black-and-white statement shirt.
It's worth noting that the upcoming music video could be the visuals for the lead track off his sophomore album, which he has been working on for months. Speaking to The Fader last year, he said that he had decided on a name for the album, noting that "it's kind of going to be something weird with it." He added, "It's not your usual way of putting out an album, let's say that."
