AceShowbiz - Cardi B was criticized for delaying the release of her highly-anticipated debut album. It also led many of her haters to accuse her of delaying its release for Nicki Minaj, but she has hit back at those haters.

After a user wrote, "She waiting for Nicki" in the comment section of an Instagram post, Cardi immediately replied to the comment to defend herself. "waiting for what...? what is that going to do for me, and imma release my s**t very soon," she wrote, adding a winking emoji.

She later added, "I don't think those songs wheee album worthy. That's why if you see my IG story I'm on the studio every day working on my s**t sooo... what's your point? Are you going to buy my album lil b***h?"

This is the second time Cardi clapped back at haters who slammed her for delaying the release of her effort. Taking to Instagram Stories, she said, "I don't understand why people who don't like me keep telling me to drop my album. You don't like me, so why are you thirsty for my album? To talk s**t, to suck d**k?"

The raptress was expected to release her debut album in October last year. However, during an interview a month prior to the release date, Cardi said that she wasn't ready to release it. She later took to Twitter to share that she was pressured as none of her songs were qualified for her album.

"I have a lot of pressure on me. I have songs stashed up. I just don't think they qualified for my album," she wrote on the micro-blogging site. "Sometimes I think it's ready sometimes I think it's not so I'm going to take my till it's right."

Her debut album aside, Cardi is currently gearing up for Bruno Mars' "24K Magic" finale tour, where she will serve as the opening act. The tour will kick off on September 7 in Denver and wrap up on October 27 in Los Angeles. Tickets went on sale to the general public on February 16.
