White House deputy press secretary Raj Shah has formally responded to Omarosa's claim, saying that the administration takes her remarks 'not very seriously.'

AceShowbiz - Omarosa is opening up about her time as an employee of the Donald Trump administration. The former "The Apprentice" contestant goes emotional as she has a heart-to-heart moment with fellow "Celebrity Big Brother (US)" contestant Ross Mathews in a sneak peek at Thursday, February 8 episode of the CBS show.

"From the outside, as in I'm as a voter, as a citizen, I never got it why you went to the White House with him," Ross says. "I felt like it was a call of duty. I felt like I was serving my country, not him," Omarosa, in a hushed voice, tells Ross why she accepted the job as director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison before officially resigning on January 20. "When accepting a political appointment, it was always about the country."

Omarosa then continues that Trump's tweeting habit has been her concern, saying, "I was haunted by tweets every single day. Like, 'What is he going to tweet next?' " That prompts Ross to respond, "Does anybody say, 'What are you doing?' "

Breaking down into tears, Omarosa reveals that she "tried to be that person." However, "other people around him attacked me," according to her. "It was like, 'Keep her away. Don't give her access. Don't let her talk to him,' " she claims.

When asked about who has the power to say "What's going on?" Omarosa replies, "I don't know. I'm not there. It's not my circus, not my monkeys. I'd like to say not my problem, but I can't say that because it's bad. It's not going to be OK, it's not." While tearing up even more, she adds, "It's so bad."

Following Omarosa's claim, White House deputy press secretary Raj Shah revealed on Thursday daily press briefing that the administration took her remarks "not very seriously." Shah added, "Omarosa was fired three times on 'The Apprentice', and this is the fourth time we let her go. She had limited contact with the president while here. She has no contact now."
