Ever since she officially confirmed her pregnancy with her first child with Tristan Thompson, Khloe Kardashian isn't shy in flaunting her baby bump. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star recently stepped out for shopping in Calabasas, but instead of her baby bump, another thing caught people's attention the most.

People seemed to notice that the blonde beauty's lips were visibly bigger than usual, sparking speculation that she might undergo a procedure despite being pregnant. Donning a velvet sweatshirt underneath a crop-top jacket, the youngest Kardashian sister went out solo.

She completed her look with black jeggings and a pair of sneakers. Khloe, who is six months into her pregnancy, apparently tried to keep herself under the radar by donning huge metallic aviator shades.

According to Dr. Vastan Mardirossian, a Florida-based plastic surgeon, the reason behind Khloe's larger lips could be plastic surgery. "She definitely injected her upper and lower lips with fillers," the surgeon, who never treats Khloe, told Radar Online. "She has a nice teeth show that in some cases we achieve with a lip lift procedure."

"Khloe plastic surgery & pregnancy is not looking good," a user wrote on Twitter. Similarly, another user said, "Khloe needs to lay off the plastic surgery. Her lips look like a blowfish. Or a blow-up sex doll. She was fine before."

However, another top doc had a different opinion about Khloe's lips. New York City-based plastic surgeon Dr. Yael Halaas stated that it might just be swelling due to pregnancy, adding that when people are expecting, "everything swells, even in the face."

Khloe and the other Kardashian-Jenner family members recently celebrated Christmas together at a party which was held at mom Kris Jenner's house. Thanks to Khloe's sister Kim Kardashian, fans finally got to see the pregnant star's baby bump via Kim's Snapchat account. In one of her posts, the mother of two showed off her glam-up look along with Khloe, before panning the camera down to Khloe's stomach, with Khloe pouting her lip to the camera and rubbing her belly.
