Meanwhile, a new sneak peak at the show's upcoming episode 4, titled 'Some Guy', shows that Carol manages to infiltrate the Saviors' fortress, all by herself.

AceShowbiz - Preview for the upcoming episode 4 of "The Walking Dead" season 8 is here. The preview for "Some Guy" puts more insights into Carol Peletier's (Melissa McBride) one-woman mission, which seemingly doesn't go well.

"We face dire challenge and chance, rushing out a piece in the wall," says a character in voiceover, opening the 42-second teaser. A scene where Rick, driving his car, encounters a number of walkers later flickers on the screen.

Elsewhere in the trailer, Carol is seen ending up in trouble during her solo mission. She is held at gunpoint by presumably one of Negan's men, forcing her to surrender herself to the armed man. As Carol's fate remains to be seen, someone says in voiceover, "We will fight and we will bleed."

The popular zombie apocalypse series has also released a sneak peek at Carol's solo mission. The video shows that Carol manages to infiltrate the Saviors' fortress, all by herself. One of armed adversaries is later seen approaching the place she is hiding, and the video cuts to black before we get to know what happens to Carol.

The official synopsis for episode 4 reads, "A new weapon in the Savior arsenal proves to be a giant hurdle as fighting continues between Rick's forces and those of the Saviors."

The all-out war between Rick and Negan's The Saviors is still far from an end as episode 3, titled "Monster", showed the growing tension between the groups. [SPOILER ALERT!] The episode featured a heartbreaking moment on Alexandria's part as Aaron had to witness his boyfriend Eric died. Eric left behind Aaron after he succumbed to his gunshot wound. Aaron, meanwhile, was entrusted with the care of Gracie, the baby girl Rick found in episode 2. Episode 3 concluded with King Ezekiel and the Kingdom soldiers being beleaguered in the woods by the Saviors.

"The Walking Dead" airs on Sundays at 9 P.M. on AMC.
