A British college student named Laura Miriam, who happens to share a lot of characteristics with the 'Look What You Made Me Do' singer, is often mistaken for the star.

AceShowbiz - Is that Taylor Swift or her doppelganger? This latest Taylor look-alike bears an uncanny resemblance to the country-turned-pop superstar that you can barely distinguish between the two. That girl is Laura Miriam, a British college student.
Not only she shares a lot of characteristics with the "Look What You Made Me Do" songstress, but Laura also likes to sport Taylor's similar hued pout, has the same haircut and dresses the same. A fan of Taylor for 10 years, she often uses Taylor's style as inspiration for her own outfits. She also loves cats and is a fan of Lorde's music, as Taylor herself.
Due to her striking resemblance to the 27-year-old singer/songwriter, Laura, who is from Newcastle, is often mistaken for Taylor. "They often do a double-take and say 'Whoa, I thought you were Taylor,' " Laura tells Mirror. "I get a mixture of reactions; I've also had people take photos of me without my permission, which is unnerving."
At one of Taylor's concerts during her "1989 World Tour", fans mobbed Laura and one of them even approached her for a picture. "At the 1989 concert in Manchester, so many people approached me and asked for pictures," she shared. "I took pictures with a bunch of people and they were so cute."
But when one of them realized that she's not Taylor, the fan later messaged her, telling her that she hated her for "tricking people". Laura says, "She said she hated me because she thought I was Taylor then heard me talk and realized I wasn't her. She said that I shouldn't do that because it was tricking people, but this confused me because everyone at the concert was dressed up as Tay. It's what people do at her concerts."
Laura also explains her appearance, "Nothing prompted me to have this look. I am naturally blonde, reasonably tall and reasonably slim." She adds, "The rest of my 'Taylor Swift look' just consists of classic red lipstick and eyeliner, which I personally think is the most flattering makeup on me."
"Her style is very timeless and because we have a similar look, I know that whatever suits her will most likely suit me," Laura continues.
Laura admits that she thinks she and Taylor "resemble each other a bit." She says, "I think she's really beautiful, it's a huge compliment."
