AceShowbiz - What is more thrilling than having "Michael Jackson's Halloween" special on TV? To further increase the hype of the highly-anticipated animated TV special, CBS has released a trailer of it. The 30-second trailer offers you what to expect from the animated special.

The trailer teases that the upcoming special will feature a number of Jackson-related Easter eggs, including a soundtrack courtesy of Jackson's 1979 hit "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough" off "Off the Wall". In addition, a pair of feet are seen doing the late singer's iconic dance moves before a giant moon with MJ eyes on it flickers on the screen.

"Get ready to go on an unexpected, magical adventure in the animated special Michael Jackson's Halloween on Friday, Oct. 27 at 8/7c on CBS," writes the network on its Twitter account alongside the video.

The show follows Millennials Vincent (Lucas Till) and Victoria (Kiersey Clemons), who meet "accidentally" on Halloween night. They find themselves, along with Ichabod the dog, at a mysterious hotel located at 777 Jackson Street called This Place Hotel. Once inside, Vincent and Victoria are sent on an unexpected, magical adventure of personal discovery, culminating in a spectacular dance finale featuring an animated Michael Jackson.

The special features star-studded voice actors, including Jim Parsons, Christine Baranski and Alan Cumming. Also tapped to lend her voice to the special is Lucy Liu.

The hour-long special was first announced back in July. Jackson's team took to Twitter to share the news of the upcoming animated special, adding that further details would follow in the coming weeks. "There's a new animated special coming to TV this fall--Michael Jackson's Halloween. More details will be announced in the coming weeks," the account wrote at that time.

Directed by Mark A.Z. Dippe ("The Boxcar Children") and produced by Daniel Chuba, "Michael Jackson's Halloween" is executive produced by John Branca and John McClain, who both serve as co-executors of Jackson's estate.
