AceShowbiz - Ever since Prince Harry and girlfriend Meghan Markle made their first public appearance as a couple at the Invictus Games in Toronto last month, the engagement rumors keep swirling around. It won't be surprising if the royal couple drops engagement announcement anytime soon, and in fact, a new report suggests that the British prince has proposed to the actress quietly.
Multiple sources tell Us Weekly that the 33-year-old royal quietly has popped the question to the "Suits" actress. The site further states that Harry has always "planned to share the news only with parents at first so he could enjoy it before word spread."
In addition, a source close to the 36-year-old actress reveals that they are expected to make an official announcement "soon," potentially next month. Sources assume that the announcement will arrive after Meghan finishes her seventh and final season of "Suit" in November. "It'd be a security nightmare to do it sooner. She'd be followed everywhere," says the source. Are you guys excited?
The source adds that after filming "Suit", Meghan will "relocate to London for sure." The actress is said to reside in Kensington Palace and be on hand to work on "a detailed media rollout."
Harry and Meghan reportedly will follow in Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton's footsteps by holding "a small photo call at Kensington Palace, with just one photographer and journalist invited." The source adds that on the same day, they most likely will "do a TV interview that will be syndicated around the world." While palace aides are being kept in the dark on the engagement, it is said that "these things are planned early in advance."
Harry and his actress girlfriend made headlines after arriving at the paralympic events while holding hands. The lovebirds also flaunted PDA at the Invictus Games' closing ceremonies at Toronto's Air Canada Centre with Harry spotted stealing a kiss from Meghan.
