Did Nas and Nicki Minaj just confirm that they're an item? "The World Is Yours" rapper and the "Anaconda" hitmaker added fuel to rumors that they're dating after they showed some major PDA at his early birthday party on Wednesday night, September 13.
Nicki was helping Nas celebrate his 44th birthday that night. The 34-year-old Trinidadian beauty took to Snapchat to share a video from the bash, which was attended by the hip-hop star's family and some close friends.
While Nicki was interacting with her fans over the social media, the birthday boy suddenly leaned on her to kiss her multiple times on the neck and cheek. He even cheekily licked her cheek, prompting Nicki to tell the rapper, whose real name is Nasir Bin Olu Dara Jones, "Oh my God! Stop, stop. Nasir!"

In the following day, Nicki posted on her Instagram account a sweet photo of her and Nas at the birthday bash. The pic showed the rumored lovebirds in an embrace. "The legend himself," she captioned it. Nas also shared a photo of him and his rumored girlfriend which he captioned with "Virgo Season With my Real One From Queens!"
However, despite showing off some serious PDA at the party, a source tells E! News that the two are "just very dear friends." The insider reveals that "Nicki and Nas are just very dear friends nothing romantic. They've been friends forever and have seen each other's careers take off."
"Nas and John Seymour have recently just opened their second restaurant Sweet Chick in LA. The original Sweet Chick is in THE LES in NYC. Nicki has been to both spots and always supportive of him and his new ventures," explains the source.
And even though Nicki is supportive of Nas, it seems like it's just a friendly relationship right now. "They share a really close friendship and always has each other's back," the source tells the site. "Nicki is single now and dating but nothing serious. Nas is a best friend to her so as of now nothing is stirring up. People always joke around though that they make a great couple!"
The two sparked romance rumors after Nicki shared a cuddly Instagram photo earlier this year. The "Rake It Up" raptress later told Ellen DeGeneres of the rumors, "I'm just chillin' right now. I'm celibate. I wanted to go a year without dating any man. I hate men. I might make an exception to the rule for him, because he's so dope."
