Porn Site Offers to Produce 'Sense8' Season 3

Adult website xHamster has offered to revive the Wachowskis-created series which was recently canceled by Netflix.
"Sense8" could find a new home in an unlikely place. After the series was canceled by Netflix, pornographic video site xHamster has offered to revive the show. The site posted an open letter to Lana and Lilly Wachowski who created the sci-fi drama.

"We recently read that you're working on a third season of Sense8 despite the fact that Netflix has no plans to renew the series. We know it's unconventional, but we want to bring it back - on xHamster. We're not talking about a parody, or something less than, but an actual revival of the series," reads the letter.

"Ever since we read about the cancellation, we've been wondering if there was something we could do," it continues. "While we're happy that Netflix is picking up the series for a conclusion, before you wrap up the stort, we wanted you to consider another option - letting xHamster produce the series."

"Unlike with Netflix, you wouldn't be competing for part of out production budget - it would be yours," it goes on trying to persuade the Wachowski sisters. "We also have the disposition. We know that a series about polymorphous perversity is a hard sell for a mainstream network like Netflix. We have no such limitations, and also understand implicitly the interconnectedness of sexualities across boundaries. In short, we are a we."

"We'd like to set up a meeting to see if there's some fit for us in the future of Sense8. We know we're an unlikely home. But five years ago, people laughed at the idea of Netflix producing original series. We think that our time, like yours, has come," it concludes.

xHamster is currently the world's third most-visited porn site. The Wachowskis have not responded to the offer made by the site.

After Netflix announced its decision not to renew "Sense8" for a third season, fans launched an online petition asking the streaming giant to bring back the show. Netflix then decided to give the show a proper conclusion with a two-hour finale, which is currently in the works.
