The film will be penned and directed by Sophie Goodhart, best known for the Adam Scott-Nick Kroll romantic comedy "My Blind Brother". The project is set up at Safehouse Pictures, with Joby Harold and Tory Tunnell producing. Matt Schwartz and Douglas Banker are executive producing. Sam Brown is overseeing for STX, along with the company's Drew Simon and Jeannette Francis.

The upcoming film will follow an over-scheduled and over-burdened suburban couple who goes to great lengths to try to recapture the fun of their youth, according to the site. The studio aims to make the film R-rated.
