After recreating "Friends" on "Moonlight" music video last week, Jay-Z has now unleashed another visuals for his collaborative track with James Blake, "MaNyfaCedGod". The intense black-and-white clip finds Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyong'o dancing before breaking down in tears.
She is seemingly hurt after remembering the joyful memories with her lover in the past. One scene sees Lupita smiling with her lover, while a caption that reads, "Our eternal reality is an opportunity to heal our internal upset," appears onscreen.
The symbolic video and Lupita's interpretive dance are a powerful reflection of the song's emotional lyrics, which depict the ups and downs of Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles' relationship. By the end of the clip, Lupita says, "Each has been sent from a guide from beyond."
