Netflix has released the trailer for Chadwick Boseman-starring movie "Message from the King". It sees the "Black Panther" star as Jacob King, a man from Cape Town who embarks on a relentless quest to avenge his sister's murder.

The nearly-2-minute video opens with King getting a distress call from his sister, Bianca (Sibongile Mlambo), causing him to rush to L.A. His arrival causes trouble for the men responsible of his sister's death. "I got a situation. It's Bianca. She's got a brother," one of them says in voiceover.

"You told me Bianca was not a problem anymore," Alfred Molina's Preston confronts Luke Evans' Wentworth, who responds, "Bianca isn't a problem anymore, that's his problem." The trailer also offers a glimpse of Teresa Palmer's Kelly, Bianca's friend, and Tom Felton's Frankie, who gets beaten up by King.

In "Message from the King", Jacob King arrives in the city from South Africa, looking for his younger sister. He has a few hundred dollars in his pocket and a return ticket home in a week. Within 24 hours, he has found out that she has been brutally murdered.

The action thriller was directed by Belgian filmmaker Fabrice Du Welz from a script by Stephen Cornwell and Oliver Butcher. It premiered at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival and is set to debut on Netflix in just a few weeks, beginning on August 4.
