Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z have sparked rise in property prices at their Bel-Air neighborhood. The couple is reportedly paying around $100 million for the 30,000 square feet mansion.
According to TMZ, Bey and Jay may be the lucky charms for their future neighbors, including a pair who owns a Bel-Air house next door to the one where the powerhouse couple are about to close escrow.
The couple reportedly have tried in vain to sell their home since 2015, but their lot is kinda screwy as the driveway is narrow and goes downhill. Thanks to Bey and Jay, now prospective buyers will get more as living next door to Bey and Jay will put the buyers in the epicenter of celebrity power.
The property reportedly features 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 4 pools, a basketball court, recording studio, spa and paddle tennis court. It's also fully furnished.
Bey and Jay are currently renting a luxurious mansion in Malibu for $400,000 a month. The pair, who welcomed twin kids Sir and Rumi back in June, will reportedly stay there until the end of August.
