Katie Price has revealed that she wants her disabled teenage son Harvey to experience sex. Harvey, whom she shares with former soccer player Dwight Yorke, is now 15 years old and the former glamour girl is considering to hire a prostitute on his 18th birthday to teach him about sex.
Speaking on the U.K.'s talk show "Loose Women", Katie shared that although Harvey suffers from multiple disabilities, he has normal sexual urges. "Harvey is 15 now. Naturally at 15 you go through puberty and it's natural to experiment with yourself. Is it fair for him to experience it?" she said.
Katie is concerned that her son, who was born with autism, partial-sight and Prader-Willi syndrome, may never form a real relationship with a woman. She has discussed this issue with her husband Kieran Hayler, and they seriously consider to hire a sex worker for Harvey.
"Kieran joked, 'Shall we get him a prostitute for his 18th birthday?' and I was like, 'well that's my little Harvey!' " Katie added. "He hasn't got a clue about that side, but then do you bring it on? What do you do, do I leave it? Do I let him experience it?"
Katie's remarks soon sparked backlash on Twitter. A user tweeted, "#KatiePrice is f**king disgusting saying she'll hire a prostitute to sleep with Harvey when he's 18. Absolutely disgusting." Meanwhile, another sarcastically wrote, "I'll tell you what if the price is right @KatiePrice I'll be the prostitute."
