Experienced skydiver and longtime voice actor Randy Schell died in a skydiving accident in Houston. Schell was killed on Saturday noon, July 8 after he accidentally collided with a second jumper mid-air at Skydive Spaceland Houston.

The company released a statement which read, "Two licensed, experienced skydivers accidentally collided following a planned group skydive. Both jumpers had made at least one successful skydive earlier that day, had hundreds or thousands of skydives each, and were jumping their own parachute systems."

The statement continued, "Both jumpers deployed their parachutes normally and collided afterward. They sustained injuries in the collision and/or on landing, and one did not survive. Weather was not a factor."

Schell's works include promos and narration for AMC's hit series "Fear the Walking Dead", "Dancing with the Stars" and "Life in Pieces". Schell also did voicework for brands such as McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Geico, Nike, Levi's and more.
