Boyband stars Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy have to face backlash from fans for being drunk during their performance on Somerset gig over the weekend. The two reportedly pushed back a scheduled meet-and-greet by two hours and took the stage fifteen minutes late. In addition, they cut the show short, leaving before they played a full hour.

Fans were not happy with their performance, and they took to Twitter to express their anger. A fan shared a video taken from the set, tweeting, "Just looking back at my video. I've heard karaoke sung better than this!"

Another unhappy fan blasted Brian and Keith, writing, "what a poor show last night, if you didn't want to be there why bother to show up." Menawhile, another similarly tweeted, "Don't bother to waste your money seeing Boyzlife...Kept us waiting and then played half a show! Couldn't be bothered to be there..."

A rep for Boyzlife confirmed that Keith had a couple of drinks before the show. "Neither of them turned up smashed," the rep told The Sun. "Keith was slightly drunk but he wasn't too drunk to perform and Brian didn't drink at all. He was dehydrated and had a headache. They left the stage early because they miscalculated the timing and did not put enough songs in the set list."

To his defense, Brian later took to Twitter to address the issue, claiming that he was sun stroked at that time. "Firstly I was not drunk! I was sun stroked and went straight to bed after the show. 2Nd! That was not an official boyzlife tour show!!"
