The 'Flip or Flop' star's 55-year-old boyfriend has a record of legal woes including multiple arrests for domestic violence and a felony drug possession charge.

AceShowbiz - Christina El Moussa has been enjoying her new romance with Orange County businessman Doug Spedding in the midst of her divorce from Tarek. However, it seemingly has become a nightmare for her as court records showing Doug's legal troubles have surfaced.
It is revealed that Doug has a slew of legal woes including multiple arrests for domestic violence and a felony drug possession charge. In court records obtained by In Touch, Doug was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic violence in October 2010, which was later upgraded to a felony charge.
Protective orders were issued by the courts and are sealed, but he was charged with violating those orders on five different occasions between October 2010 and July 2011. He was also arrested and charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
The 55-year-old businessman eventually pleaded guilty to the drug possession charge and completed an 18-month diversion program. All charges against him were dismissed.
As if it's not worse enough, an old flame of Doug has said that they are still seeing each other. Tracy Diaz told In Touch that she's currently also dating Doug. Should the two indeed have yet to end their romance, he is two-timing Christina.
"I've been seeing Doug for almost four years. He hasn't officially ended our relationship. He was just with me three days ago!" Tracy said. She believes that Doug "really likes Christina, but obviously, he's not being loyal to her."
