Director Patty Jenkins says the second 'Wonder Woman' movie will see Diana Prince arriving on the American soil.

Director Patty Jenkins teased what to expect from the next "Wonder Woman" movie after the first saw Diana Prince landing in London. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, the female helmer said, "The story will take place in the U.S., which I think is right. She's Wonder Woman. She's got to come to America. It's time."
When asked by Uproxx in a separate chat if it is set in the modern day or in the past, she said, "It is for sure - I'm definitely planning something more interesting using that period of time. Definitely, it's the plan. I can't say what it is! But it's definitely right in the pocket of what you're talking about."
Patty Jenkins is expected to return as a director for "Wonder Woman 2". Gal Gadot is also reprising her role as the leading female. She will next join Superman, Batman, The Flash and Cyborg in "Justice League".
