Internet users poke fun at the Trump family's awkward photo with the Catholic leader during their visit to Vatican by adding characters from horror movies to the portrait.

AceShowbiz - Pope Francis didn't look happy to meet President Trump and his family during their visit to Vatican on Wednesday, May 24. The awkward photo, featuring Donald Trump flashing a big grin and the Pope seemingly unimpressed at all, has since been turned into horror-themed memes.
People added characters from horror movies like "The Addams Family", "The Ring", "The Conjuring 2" and "The Shining" to the portrait. President Trump, his wife Melania and his daughter Ivanka who were all dressed in black made the photoshopped pictures look even more convincing.

I photoshopped the girl from The Ring into this pic and it isn't even weird. pic.twitter.com/Lt2DojQGVh

Canadian designer and illustrator James White, meanwhile, bragged about his edited version that features the kid from the classic 1976 horror movie "The Omen". Whether he realized it or not, the photo included another jab at President Trump since Damien, who's supposed to be the Antichrist, is adopted by the U.S. President at the end of the movie.
I photoshopped in the kid from THE OMEN and it’s so perfect it’s unnerving. pic.twitter.com/I3wGIrbvBW

Late-night talk show hosts have also reacted to Trump's meeting with Pope Francis. In their separate monologues, Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon played fake footage of the Pope swatting away the President's hand, a jab at two instances when Melania avoided holding hands with her husband.
