Just days ago, Calvin Harris announced that Katy Perry would appear on his new album. And now, rumors about them having romantic relationship are swirling around. They reportedly "really bonded" while making their collaborative track which then leads to an unexpected romance between them.

"Katy and Adam [Calvin's real name] really bonded while making their track, and have been in constant contact ever since," an insider told Heat World. "Besides their rivalry with Taylor, they've actually got lots in common-- they've read the same books, and love the same music." The insider added, "She thinks he's really handsome and talented. And he seems to be really nice."

It has yet to be known whether they will team up to blast Calvin's ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift on the new track. But the pair indeed have something in common regarding the 27-year-old songstress. Calvin went through a messy breakup with her, while Katy was believed to be the inspiration behind a diss track "Bad Blood".

Katy is currently gearing up for her new album "Witness". She quickly turned down speculations if the album would feature a track in response to "Bad Blood". "There is no one thing that's calling out any one person. This record is not about anyone else. This record is about me being seen and heard so that I can see and hear everyone else. It's not even about me! It's about everything that I see out there that I digest," she said.
