Phaedra is fired from 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' after she lied about Kandi Buruss and her husband wanting to drug rape Porscha Williams.

Phaedra Parks will not be returning to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" upcoming season 10 after the shocking reunion episode of "RHOA" season 9 which was aired on Sunday, May 7. The Atlanta-based attorney was let go from the show over spreading lies and rumors about cast members which involved a drug rape allegation.

Phaedra, who appeared in seven seasons of the show, sealed her fate on the reunion episode after it was revealed that she was the source of the nasty rumor regarding Kandi Buruss. According to TMZ, Phaedra told Porsha Williams that Kandi and her husband, Todd Tucker, were plotting to drug Porscha and bring her back to their house for sex.

During the episode, host Andy Cohen told Phaedra that she was caught in a "megawatt lie," to which Phaedra responded, "What more can I do? I apologized already and the person I'm most concerned about is Porsha." She later added, "I'm sorry that it hurt Kandi as well."

A source told US Weekly that "Bravo is not planning to ask her back" due to her lie. Citing a source, Radar Online further reported, "That was really the end of everything. Andy will support any of the housewives until they cross a line and become truly unpopular, and Phaedra did."

Phaedra reportedly knew that she was fired as Bravo informed her in early April, but she "refused to tell anyone." She lied by "saying that she did have a new contract and she would be back."

While the news about her axing emerged online, Phaedra updated her Instagram account with an image which had "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today" written on it on Monday, May 8 . She captioned the photo, "New day, new week! Have a magnificent #Monday! #letsgo."
